Taking place in Istanbul from 7–9 August 2026, Momentum offers participants the opportunity to explore the body through movement, martial arts, breathwork and complementary embodied practices.

Rather than focusing on one single discipline, Momentum creates a shared environment where different approaches come together. The programme is designed to encourage physical awareness, adaptability, resilience, connection and personal exploration through direct experience.

What Is Momentum?

Momentum is built around an integrated approach to physical and personal development.

The central practice combines movement, martial arts and ESHA-based exploration led by Bruno and Martín de la Vega. Participants will work with movement, reaction, coordination, awareness and adaptability through guided individual and group exercises.

Breathwork and Ice Bath Practice

Led by Terry Grech, these sessions introduce participants to conscious breathing, physical regulation and controlled exposure to cold.

The practices are designed to support presence, resilience and a deeper understanding of how the body responds under changing conditions.

Functional Beauty

Led by Berrin Çetiner, Functional Beauty explores the relationship between physical expression, awareness, balance and the way we experience the body.

This part of the programme adds another perspective to Momentum's multidisciplinary approach, connecting movement with personal expression and embodied presence.

More Than a Traditional Workshop

Momentum is not designed as a passive seminar or a conventional fitness class.

Participants will be invited to move, observe, respond, connect and explore. The experience brings together structured physical practice and personal discovery in an environment that encourages curiosity rather than performance.
